All appointments are subject to availability. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify the Institute at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a cancellation fee.

Payment for services rendered by the Institute shall be made in accordance with the Institute's pricing and payment policies. The Institute accepts various forms of payment, including cash, credit cards, and electronic transfers. All payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. Refunds for services already rendered will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
